Our CNC Milling Machines are capable of multi-axis machining with spindle speeds up to 25,000 RPM. Utilizing these machining centers our team or Engineers, CNC Programmers and Machinists are able to produce components to stringent specifications. With these machining centers we are capable of holding tolerances to within .0002 and mill components up to 32.00″ x 32.00″.

Our CNC Lathe Machines are capable of multi-axis machining with spindle speeds up to 25,000 RPM. The machining centers we are capable of holding tolerances to within .0002 and turn components up to 22.00″ in diameter X 36.00″ long

Utilizing (2) Wire EDM Machines and (2) Sinker EDM Machines we have the capability of multi-axis machining. The machining centers we are capable of holding tolerances to within .0002 and turn components up to 22.00″ in diameter X 36.00″ long discussion

Possessing 50 years of machine shop experience Custom Machine has the resources to fulfill our customer’s requirements. Our Grinding Machines are capable of holding tolerances to within 50 millionths and finishes to 1 light band.
