Custom Machine has been manufacturing Commercial, Medical and Alternative Energy components and assemblies for more than 40 years. Our knowledge of the Commercial, Medical and Alternative Energy markets and their stringent requirements is why we maintain ISO 9001 certification.
Utilizing advanced manufacturing technologies in CNC Turning, Milling, EDM and Grinding we provide our customer base with quality machined components and assemblies. Our onsite secondary processes (Welding, Silver Brazing, Pressure testing, Leak testing and Vacuum testing) enables us to control the manufacturing process through our machine shop and offer our customers a single source.
Custom Machine solid infrastructure can support LTA’s with a flexible ERP system (JobBoss). Our systems can accommodate several types of delivery process; KANBAN, JIT, Kitting, PAC and online procurement systems. We can in some cases synchronize our system with our customers system which will reduce operational costs and increase the flow of information.
