We use incoming, in-process, and final inspections throughout the entire production cycle to ensure the highest quality of every component that Custom Machine manufactures. Raw materials, hardware, and product returning from outside processing are thoroughly inspected for their material condition, chemical composition and process specification.

Our extensive quality department performs a complete first-piece evaluation before each manufacturing step. The finished product undergoes a comprehensive final inspection. Throughout the process, quality records are produced in accordance with customer and industry specifications to document all measurements and checks.
